Recently passed by Arkansas Representatives, Hemp is now on the track to becoming legal in Arkansas. Throughout history, hemp has been used in cloth, paper, food, plastics and many other things. It has been seen as taboo over the years (though it has no psychotropic effects like it’s sister marijuana does) but it has seen increasing popularity in recent days with the idea that it can be industrially grown, thus boosting Arkansas’ industrious farming economy.
